QUESTION Where and how can I keep track of my orders and history?
ANSWER All information regarding your order history, order status is available to the authorized clients in the section “orders”! From the orders in the archive a new order can be made!
QUESTION What is “backorder”?
ANSWER In backorder cart You can add an item which currently is not available in our depositary or available number of items is insufficient. By managing such order we will book the required item in the next shipment or we will manage a special order just for You. When receiving the backorder we will contact with You to inform about the delivery time.
