Rights of refusal and return of products
The shopping in online shop is stated by the arrangements on “Regulations on distance contracts” of LR Cabinet of Ministers Nr. 207 dated with May 28th 2002. The buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days and to return the item if it is not relevant to what client has ordered. In case of return of item a cost for it is returned excluding a delivery costs. The item must be returned in full completion as it was delivered to the client, including all components of item, also undamaged original packing- otherwise the return of item will be declined. Starting the use of purchased item the client certifies that it accords with the ordered item and it no longer can be returned. When forming the order the client confirms that he is familiar with the technical data and he has no claims against the developer’s of online shop.
Copyright
It is strongly forbidden to copy, save, archive, publish full or half material, including logos, pictures, icons, banners, animations and also display it in a web page the given information in online shop www.eamf.lv which is protected by the law of “Protection of copyright” and by other LR intellectual property protection laws.

Warranty
Online shop provides 24 moths warranty for all traded items, unless the manufacturer has not specified otherwise. Together with the item you receive guarantee voucher where a guarantee service address and warranty terms are given. Some items are provided by the international warranty which lets to do the warranty repair in every country in the world free of charge. The warranty does not apply to the wires, accumulators, batteries, raw materials. To use the warranty You need to save a guarantee voucher and a documents that confirms the purchase (purchase check, bill of lading). In case if the item is not returned during the warranty it has to be in full completion and package.
“LR Cabinet of Ministers on the distance agreement” states that a client has right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 calendar days and to return the item to the seller. Though to use this right the item must be in undamaged package, without visual (scratches, torn protective coat, etc..) and technical defects. If however such defects are the shop has a right to decline the item.
